Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD and include product costs only — shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are calculated separately at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact page. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition
- You receive the wrong item(s)
- Your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window
To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customs & Import Duties
All orders are shipped from Türkiye and may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the products before opening. Send these photos along with your order details to [your email] and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

How are my products packaged for shipping?
Every order is carefully packed with insulated materials to protect your products during transit. Baklava and chocolate items are handled with extra care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What if my order arrives damaged?
