How are my products packaged for shipping?
Every order is carefully packed with insulated materials to protect your products during transit. Baklava and chocolate items are handled with extra care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Temperature & Chocolate Products
Chocolate is temperature-sensitive. While we take every precaution with our packaging, we cannot be held responsible for softening or melting that occurs during transit in periods of warm weather. We recommend choosing expedited shipping options during summer months.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will do our best to make it right.

Payments

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [your email]. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• Your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition
• You receive the wrong item(s)
• Your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window

To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the products before opening. Send these photos along with your order details to [your email] and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Shelf life varies by product. Our chocolates keep well for up to 1 year when stored in a cool, dry place. Fresh baklava, on the other hand, is best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery.
